Meet Sally
Twenty-eight years of grooming, one dog at a time
Sally’s journey began on a livery yard and led, by way of an Andrex television advert, to the London Academy of Grooming. She started out grooming dogs in her parents’ garage in 1998 — and has never lost the belief she began with.

Every dog receives individual attention, patient handling and grooming tailored specifically to them — never a one-size-fits-all approach, and never a rushed appointment.

Unlike busy salons where several dogs are groomed at once, every appointment at The Grooming Studio is carried out on a one-to-one basis.
The studio has been carefully designed to create a peaceful atmosphere. Gentle background music, calm handling and a consistent routine help even nervous dogs settle quickly. Dogs are never left unattended, and hydraulic equipment, anti-fatigue tables and secure double-door access all contribute to a safe, comfortable groom.
Because when dogs feel relaxed, they enjoy grooming — and it shows in the finished result.

Across four carefully planned sessions, your puppy gradually becomes comfortable with grooming equipment, bathing, drying, brushing and clipping in a gentle, positive environment. Each visit builds confidence, helping your puppy develop into a happy, relaxed adult who enjoys being groomed.
